- Original packaging must be retained.
- Proof of purchase must be attached.
Cases Not Covered by Returns
- Used or damaged products.
- Perfumes and cosmetics after opening.
- Discounted or clearance items.
How to Request a Return
Contact us via the contact page or email at info@fantasiastore-shop.com, stating your order number and reason for return. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Exchange
Products can be exchanged for another product of the same value within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the same return conditions.
